"WOW! We placed our order, and about an hour and a half later, it arrived at our door. I was shocked to see that the total on my credit card statement was approximately 30% higher than what I had been quoted. When I called the restaurant, a very young-sounding manager answered. He informed me that he wouldn’t do anything about the overcharging issue. I then requested a refund and mentioned that we would be sending the order back with the driver. At that point, the young man unleashed a barrage of profanities and stated that he would not issue a refund. After asking for the owner's contact information, he hung up on me. I must admit, I was quite frustrated, so I searched online for the owner's phone number. When I called and spoke to her (at home), she agreed to process a refund, but we have yet to receive it. Save your time with this place; the food is just okay—nothing special—and the customer service is absolutely terrible."
