"Service was literally non-existent There may have been 20 people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food and all four of our orders were wrong! On Friday I was told they have a band and there is a cover charge...NO BAND!! We were told that their system crashed and they had almost the entire wait/kitchen staff call out on valentine's day.....the customer should never been made aware that anything was wrong behind the scenes....I am disappointed bc a friend of mine and I went to check out the place the weekend before and our food was good and the service...I will not be returning...."

"Very good Mexican food hidden in downtown Phoenix! The workers are very friendly, the environment is warm loving, and it was just a pleasant experience. The food was delicious! I have a Chorizo Egg Burrito and was of the size of the Burritos STUNNED. I ate only half in the restaurant and saved the rest for lunch. Yeah, really! I highly recommend this place. It's friendly, economic... it's a mood. La mejor comida mexicana en el centro de Phoenix! Ordené un burrito de Chorizo con Huevo, y la porción era más que suficiente. "First Wendy's in a long time where not only was my order right but, the young man who took our order was very nice as well. Now in saying this, my personal opinion they need to get rid of that powdered salt because the fries alone will make you have health issues lol. I didn't have hardly any mayo on my chicken sandwich and it wasn't even lukewarm. I didn't complain due to the fact that that was my first bite of food all day and Momma was unfed. One of the cleanest Wendy's on the outside as well."

"Stopped in for a quick bite and picked up a 4 for $4 deal. I got my favorite small burger, a junior bacon cheese burger, with a small side of fries and chicken nuggets with a drink. You can't go wrong with this combo, which is bacon, lettuce, tomato on a small cheese burger with 2 sides. The meal was good and the drive thru service was great. Perhaps, as a future upgrade, Wendy's might consider making the same sandwich with a larger size burger."

"Today at 1pm, I visited the restaurant's drive-thru. There was a man who was multitasking, handling the drive-thru orders, managing the register, and also distributing the food. "We spend over $40 bucks and can never get all our food without having to go in or even worse go back up there after we get home. Tonight we had to go back through the drive through window cause you still can?t go in. After waiting for the second time they denied us our missing food(over $7 worth if that even matters. "There's no need to visit a big chain like Wendy's because I already know what to expect from their food. This location is one of the better-run Wendy's I've been to. However, when I visited recently, the service seemed slower than I'm used to. I was expecting my order to be ready at the window before I even arrived, but that didn't happen this time. "It has taken me a while to write this review, because I am conflicted. I LOVE Wendy's fast food. It's relatively cheap for a good amount of food that tastes great. It's my go to fast food place. However, I had a terrible experience at the Wendy's in Fishers Indiana on 116th st. I had just finished going to two different doctors appointments and was feeling hungry so I decided that instead of trying something new and possibly expensive I'd go for a classic. So I ordered a classic Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich combo and a Strawberry shake. Then I started driving home. After driving about halfway home i decided that traffic was less hectic and could start eating my sandwich. I get a few bites into it when I realize that something is off. It tastes weird and my mouth felt funny. So I pull off to the side of the road in pendleton and look at my sandwich. Much to my disgust and horror there was a very large sized spot of mold on the bun. On closer inspection there were even smaller spots throughout the bun. So at this point I'm realizing that my mouth is very tingly and my throat is slightly swollen. So I then drive myself to the hospital. I am allergic to Penicillin and amoxicillin and so the mold was giving similar reactions. Thankfully it was a mild reaction. I then looked up the number and called the store and they said it wasn't them it was the other store. I looked up the store again to make sure I had the right on (I did) and they then said yes they were the one on 116th st. Then I told them what happened. They of course said they checked the package that my bread was supposed to be from and said that none of the other bread was moldy. Now I don't know what to do. I feel wronged. This should never have happened. I talked with a lawyer and they said because I didn't have lost wages (because I was off that day) and because it wasn't a severe enough reaction leaving me in the hospital for more than a few hours that they couldn't do anything for me. But what happens if/when this Wendy's sells bad food again? Does someone have to die for someone to get the store looked into? Please check your food before eating, I know I do now."

"I digress a bit. The only issue I've noticed with this particular Wendy's, since we've been going more often, is that the burgers seem a bit salty, and the buns are often quite dry. I tried a different burger this time, and it was just as dry. I can't help but wonder if they don't store their buns properly, leading to this issue."

"Great food! They have great signature burgers. But they also have quite a diverse selection of salads as well. Some very healthy, all very tasty. And not too expensive! And who doesn't love Wendy's Frosty? Visible cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. But their health department report card was above average so no issue there!"
