"The food at this Mex 1 is consistently excellent. As we know, that’s just one component that makes for a great restaurant. It’s the staff that can make or break a place as well. Mex 1 has an asset with Jara (sp), she works behind the bar and in a word is awesome. Accommodating, cordial and a spot on personality for the position. Mex 1 should be proud that Jara is working with them rather than another place. It’s assets like her that will take any place from good to great."

"If I could give Zero Stars I would. The customer service was the worse I have experienced. Thought we could get pass the service with the food. The food was terrible. My Ranchero was ice cold, we ordered breakfast tacos with cheese; no cheese. Was hoping for quick late breakfast and based by reviews how could we go wrong? NOPE."

"I've been going to this location for 10 years and it's still as good. Donuts are great, croissant sandwiches are also fantastic. Only problem I've ever had here is when they forget an item but that rarely happens. Overall one of the best donut shops I've been to and I highly recommend you come here. Also not super expensive like some of the other shops in the area."

"The first time it went to Donut Palace and it was close to its closing time (12:00). I wanted an Eclair, but they didn't sit so close to the closing time. The lady said, “I will make you a special eclair” She did it and gave me extra donuts. See picture below. She didn't have to, but she did. It is good to see this kind of person and this kind of customer upgrade. Of course I'll be back. Donut Palace You have a customer for life. P.S. The atmosphere inside is relaxed, clean and decorated in a welcome home and friendly atmosphere."
