"This diner is nice and quaint. Seemed like the place to go for the locals. The wait staff knew most of the patrons inside. The food was delicious. Orders came out rather quicky. Everything ordered was tasty. I had a young child with me, the staff offered them coloring/activity pages and crayon. The child I was with was pleasantly surprised when they saw they had pages of activities and not just a single page to color. The crayons provided were crayons of different colors outside of the standard red, blue, and red. The wait staff was fun. Very attentive to the table. If ever in the area again, I would go back."

"This time I went I got a shrimp and avocado omelette and it was cooked perfect. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and the avocado was nice and ripe my favorite things about Charlie's omelette is how fluffy they are! I had a side of grits and I'm usually really picky about how my grits are cooked but they are one of my favorite places to get grits."

"We travel 35 minutes each way just to go there to eat. We tried it one Saturday morning about 8 months ago and now we are hooked. It is our Saturday morning ritual now breakfast then grocery shopping. The staff there are amazing and they make you feel like family. The food is awesome especially the biscuits and gravy. The portions are HUGE and the prices are very reasonable. Go one time and you will be hooked !!"
