"Service is absolute garbage. Place is near my house and one of the few restaurants delivered in the pandemic. Of course I ordered them regularly. You made little mistakes before, but nothing I couldn't handle, so I let it slip. But after this day I will not eat there anymore. How do you make a salad? How can you forget any vegetables that should be included with salad BUT of salad? And in addition, if you are aware of this error, how is the answer not as easy as we replace it. Instead, I was given the feeling that the mistake was MY FAULT, and even at worst I was told that I could go back there to get the missing vegetables... Lol. I should leave a SECOND time to get the veggies you forgot. Okay, don't worry. No more spending my money where it's not worth it. I will find a new family restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they have to screw something up. Smh."

We were a party of 8 and she was spot on with each order, even with substitutions. Gold star for her! The brunch/lunch menu caters to all tastes and the food was wonderful. "So…don’t bother making a reservation for a table here because it’s kind of a free for all. We were there on Sat. July 1. Find your own table. Yell at the bartender for 10 min to get a drink. Buffet dinner for $22/person. The steamer food was forgettable except for the potato salad and bread pudding. Having said that, the live band was entertaining and there was plenty of room to sit outdoors with the spectacular view. So, go, but don’t expect much re service or food quality."

"Our service and our server Danielle was amazing! She was very fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to assist us along the way in making our menu choices iambs was probably one of the very best waitresses that we have ever had to be quite honest. The restaurant was peaceful the atmosphere was beautiful, and I would definitely make future plans to return again."

"the only reason why there is no 5-star course is because I feel that customer upgrade has been lost in this hotel. they used to offer half-priced rooms for Sunday, continental breakfast, appetizers for happy hour, all gone. my man went there for over 30 years during the Michigan race and he saw many changes. it was a family weekend for us until it became too expensive, then instead of 2 rooms he had to go on and made it a young one. in the course of the years he saw the customer upgrade die and take over the almighty. if he had a problem, the job he got was not as if it were going elsewhere. as a delight for a hotel it is to do an elite hotel for the fountain. we went back to Kovid and found it very expensive. it's lovely, but they don't offer their gasses any more. beautiful rooms and very clean, but I can get this in the best western for significantly less. the rooms are not cleaned during their stay, I understand because I kovid, but in reality that saves them money because the cleaning staff has not so much to do. I know everything is going to be expensive, but when you see that the almighty takeover and customer upgrade are lost, it's sad. it will be a long time when we go back because it will only become too rich for my blood. it was always a bit expensive, but it was not justified with those of them."

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. The manager and owners even provide table service when needed and make sure that everything runs smoothly. "We had a reservation, and there were open tables, but we were informed that due to the manager's policies, we couldn't be seated right away because the kitchen was slow. We waited for 20 minutes. The waitress mentioned it would take at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive, even before she finished greeting us. She disappeared halfway through our order and didn't return for another 10 minutes. The food was just okay, but honestly, it wasn't worth the wait."

"My parents have been ordering from Joe’s for years for both themselves and for the family when visiting. They have both recently passed and my Sis and I decided to order from them while cleaning out their house. We were so extremely disappointed by the food we received that I’m writing a yelp review for the 1st time. Do better Joe’s!!!! All of food was cold, the meatballs were disgusting! I purchase better frozen from the grocery store. The fried mushrooms were super greasy and small and they didn’t delivery the ranch side as asked. The garlic bread was almost embarrassing; very small portion and very little flavor. The steak subs were comparable to Steakums purchased in the grocery store. Dinner was $56 and some change and we were generous with our trip for the driver. The entire food experience was frustrating and disappointing. We did call with our complaint and just said “do better”!!!!!"
