"My partner and I sat at our table for nearly 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Several employees passed by without attempting to assist us. Finally, I approached a waitress to ask who our server was, as we had been waiting for a while. She quickly informed me that she was our server, but was busy with tables outside. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, and the service was very rude. It was evident that the restaurant was struggling to manage their tables both inside and outside. Instead of continuing to wait, we decided to leave and have dinner at whistle binkies, where the food is consistently good and the beer is cheaper."
