"Come for the service, stay for the food. I seem to have fallen into the habit of having breakfast out every weekend and The Grind turned out to be an excellent choice. This is one of those places where the menu is on the wall so you order at the counter and they bring you your food. The lady girl person woman at the front counter was absolutely delightful. She even apologized because she was in the middle of making a fresh pot of coffee. I will wait until the end of time for fresh coffee, not a problem. I ordered a waffle and bacon. It was early (8:30 or so) so my breakfast was out in less than 10 minutes. The bacon was excellent, three big slices perfectly done. The waffle was good as well. It could have used maybe a little sprinkle of nutmeg or some such thing to up the flavor but it was definitely edible. In addition to the wall menu, the front counter is literally covered in baked goods. If you're looking for a coffee to go and something sweet to go with it, this should be just the place for you. Yep, I'll be back."
