"We did not eat there. We went in by the kitchen entrance. The cook told us we would have to wait. We then stated we had reservations. A young lady advised us to follow her upstairs. The cook/manager? Advised the young lady all of the tables were filled. He then advised we would take a small table by the door. It was cold out and we did not want to be sitting at a table by the kitchen. We never saw upstairs. We left. They appeared very disorganized."

"I order special- 12 cut pie and 20 wings with a 2 liter soda. Wings requested were garlic parm mixed with bbq. Wing were soaked in oil clumps of bbq sauce. My order was picked up at 7pm and I had mu 2 young children with meI called the restaurant and was advised they closed at 9pm. My husband got off of work a little later so we missed it that night. The next day we were rudely advised that the order van not be changed because the register had been closed out. I advised her if my young children and my husband working late and was blatantly told it 's not my problem . Finally she agreed if I returned the wings, she would make a new order. My husband had yhr wings that we didn 't touch and we were refused again because I did not have them. I have order from them countless time but NEVER AGAIN. $43 down the drain because the pizza was gross but I had already given to my children because it was supposed to be dinner. Don 't waste your time. Whoever is there now is simple RUDE and does not deserve an establishment in my neighborhood."

"Gigi's is the best. I drive from Putnam valley because I love grilled chicken Cesar salads and theirs is the BEST in the area. The chicken is tender, juicy and seasoned to perfection, cooked just right. The price is very reasonable too. I've also had their pizza many times and I'm a fan of that as well."
