"we had a wonderful experience in the edge. we have eaten there on a Saturday night and the dining room and the bar were both completely full. Despite the large amount, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was lively but not overlauded, and the table spacing made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. the cocktails were perfect (vodka martini and the smoke on the water old-fashioned). the food was delicious bruschetta, spices fusilli and black salmon. one of the best restaurants in the region peoria. we highly recommend."
