"Food was tasty and that’s about it. Service was all around terrible. They brought the wrong order to my dining companion and for some reason brought my order back too, even though my order was correct. I had to flag down the server to bring my food back over otherwise it was going to sit out until the other correct order was ready?! Waters were never refilled during the meal. Our server never came to check in on us yet we saw him talking to all other tables around us. At the end of the meal I asked our server if bread comes with the meal since I saw several tables around us with bread. His response was that it’s free but you have to ask them for it and then they’ll bring it… overall good food but not worth it for the bad service and all around experience."

"The girl who answered the phone had an attitude. My order was placed thru the Slice app which offered a curbside pickup option. When I arrived and called to let them know she was rude and said we don 't do curbside and I said the app had the option and she said I don 't know why , like It was an inconvenience. "Order lunch from this place periodically. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is amazing, sometimes it’s just alright.One somewhat annoying part is that you don’t always get charged the same price for the same thing. Sometimes it is about a $1 or $2 more than in the menus. Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. You don’t know if the person overcharging you by mistake, because they don’t remember the correct price or if that’s done on purpose. A $1 or 2 on a $10 order is 10-20% difference. Other than that, this place is OK for occasional ordering."

"Overpriced and in general an average restaurant. Nothing special to spent your time and money here, when you can find so many more restaurants to really enjoy your time. We had the vitello tonnato that was too average and overpriced. We also had the pappardelle ai funghi that was a good one though not so special only too expensive; the linguine alle vongole that were really good and the trancio di salmone that was overcooked and not a good one, not to mention that we had ordered asparagus with this one as a side and they arrived after we had finished our food. Finally we had their famous coffee and two sweets. Sweets were a gianduja cake that was delicious and the pecan pie that was below average. Coffee was just too expensive, nothing more! Overall, we paid for spaghetti as much as we would pay at a really good steakhouse and we didn’t enjoy our lunch."

"I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my experience with the gluten-free chicken parm was disappointing. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked, almost splintering. The sauce on the pasta was watery and running off. It was a shame that we drove all the way from Eatontown for the food. I'm not sure if we'll make that trip again. This used to be my go-to spot for gluten-free Italian food, but after giving it another chance on October 2nd, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pasta was undercooked, the sauce was unappetizing, and the meatballs were rubbery and lacked flavor. The gluten-free garlic bread was simply a toasted hot dog roll for $10. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I recommend anyone in need of gluten-free options to look for another restaurant."

"Love the place for its simplicity, good prices and good food . Most menus are Asian cuisine with sushi and sashimi. Not expected, but even the Cheeseburger with Fritten came delicious and the part was huge. Pistachio milkshake is also at the top. Only slight disappointment I asked for a shot of rum and they calculated 10$ for it (considers the fact that the whole mojito cocktail costs 11$ I feel like the waiter just came out with price itself). "We had Our Valentine Dinner date this past Saturday, because I work at a flower shop and my hubby runs a hardware store. Schedules don't always work in our favor. Our RSVP was for 6pm and when the beautiful hostess(Valerie) showed us our table it was decorated with rose petals and a clear balloon with LED lights. Romantic setting, Jorge was very attentive, our food came out at the right times, no waiting.... We had a great experience and the food was amazing. We even ordered 2 desserts!!! Most times we never get dessert. I recommend the Eggplant stuffed with scallops and shrimp and calamari(my hubby hasn't stopped talking about it).... We will definitely be back."

"the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes until a host welcomed us, and there were people waiting for me. After talking to the hostess and letting them know that I made my reservation with open table, she continues to let me know that they don't use open table and never get my reservation. I was not accommodated for these inconveniences and was told that the waiting period would be 45 minutes. I don't want to go back to this location. they should remove open table as a reservation option for twin peaks if they won't use it."

"So far I’ve only ever order takeout, but the food is incredible. I’ve been on the hunt for good Chinese food for many years now, and Shanghai moon is hands down my favorite place to order Chinese food from! My favorite thing on the menu would have to be the steamed wontons with peanut sesame sauce. If I could order this sauce by the gallon I would. It’s so delicious. 2 things I typically judge Chinese food restaurants on are the egg rolls and the roast pork lo mein, and Shanghai moon has hit the mark on both of those!! The sushi here is also amazing. I continue to order again and again. Someday soon I’ll need to go inside and enjoy it as a proper restaurant, but for now, the takeout is everything I’m looking for!"

"stopped to grab two discs to go on a Tuesday afternoon. I made her go and go. because it was a nice day, I decided to sit on one of the outside tables they had. I couldn't even open my pizzendose before the dame came in the inner one that was expelled that I sat on one of the outer ones. “Outside seats are only for dunes” is what she yells at me with such attitude. Now I can understand if the place was hoping on a Saturday night or something where people wait for tables, but there was no one there. No person sitting inside or outside. if I had a restaurant, I would probably want someone to sit outside eating on a day I had no one. "I am so pleased with the owners and staff at Bay Ridge Pizza, my 8 year old granddaughter has Celliac Condition and I ordered Gluten Free Pizza yesterday for her and for my family. The owner Chris let me know what the ingredients were in the pizza to make sure it would be good for her.The pizza was incredible and she loved it, we tried many other places and this gluten free was exceptional. I always order from them but never gluten free, I’m so very happy with their restaurant and how exceptional and kind they are to their customers."

"I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo (side of basmati rice) and Samosa. Delicious! We ordered through GH , food arrived in a timely manner and hot. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
