"came for nye and was very disappointed at eating and the fact that I had to order their prefix menu that I knew before. we put our desserts in and hour and half before the desert came and from curs, when we finished eating, they ran out of 2 of the 3 deserts, so we got a dessert on their regular menu. I was very disappointed bc we wanted the tiramisu so bad. how are they running a desert that is on the Ur Prefix menu? that we have told them about the time we wanted. also, we ordered the stone crawls claws. pans allll in your mouth. they could not even get the meat from the dishes, and if u were to pluck the dishes from the mouth. they were also ice-cold, which is strange for a deer, in which that would be cold as an appetizer. so we asked for hot melted butter and yes we were melted butter, even hot. I will not return definitiw."

"The service was excellent! I was disappointed with the blandness of the food. Definitely not what i was expecting. My husband had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly but he said it had no flavor. I had the sole and it was very bland. The calamari was so so definitely some frozen kind. I was so surprised of the taste of the marinara dipping sauce. It was not tasty at all. Definitely some cheap jar kind and not authentic Italian. I didn’t know they were running a summer special so our entree was 1/2 off which was nice. I had a limoncello martini which was very overpriced at 17.00. I know that’s close to the going rate for a signature drink but it wasn’t anything special. The discount on the entree made it worth it."

"Last night, my husband, our son, and his wife enjoyed a lovely dinner at Limoncello’s Ristorante. We were fortunate to have an excellent waiter, Brandon, who was attentive to all our needs. The atmosphere was delightful, the service was superb, and the food was outstanding. It was our first visit to the restaurant, and we were thrilled to choose it for celebrating my daughter-in-law's birthday as well as our 53rd wedding anniversary. We were even treated to a complimentary cake to honor our "special occasions." Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, which gave us the opportunity to share our appreciation for such a memorable evening."

"The fact that this place is so popular literally blows my mind. I have been let down by them countless times but keep going back. Just tonight while I was in there the staff was grabbing slices with their hand from the display and putting them in the oven (not mine I would have told them I want new ones). I ordered a buffalo slice (so crazy inconsistent there). When I got home and opened the bag this is what it looked like. How can you serve something like this. Honestly there has been worse times but this was the last straw and I needed to post a review."

"I dunno why everyone loves this place, we’ve been here twice and the food is ok but just misses the mark for me. The limoncello salad is simply overwhelmed by walnuts and blue cheese with not much else. The shrimp francese had barely any sauce, served with whipped potatoes instead of pasta. The veal and chicken parm were very salty, lacked a balance of acidity from the lack of tomato sauce. Hubs veal chop was the best but again not enough sauce."

"My husband and I had the absolute best time at Andrea’s last night. From the moment we first walked in we were greeted and seated as per our reservation. All of the staff was so professional and friendly. The food was absolutely outrageous. My husband got the Mac and Cheese dish and I had the special; Butternut Squash Ravioli!! The food was to die for!! That paired with some delicious wine and good company made for such a nice night out to dinner. We will certainly be back!! Five plus stars!"

"My family has been going to Volare's for several years, and I went with them a few times and ordered the generic Italian selections (which were all perfectly good). But I went back about a month ago, and this time ordered the duck (one of the specials). It was really the best duck I ever had; perfectly cooked in a cherry sauce that was not too sweet or tangy. My mother and I spent all the rest of the evening on the duck and the sauce that was trying to find out what made it so incredible. I am a very adventurous eater that was in many renowned restaurants on the east coast and in other countries. I'm still hoping to see this restaurant for a few years and can't wait to go back."

From a young teenager living in Jersey City, to a parent catering their children's birthday parties through the years while living miles away, to reunions and get-togethers with my old friends, Laico's has always come through with fresh, innovative Italian dishes at an affordable price. The one negative is always the shortage of parking spaces, but this restaurant is tops in my book. Looking forward to many more meals there with my friends and family!"
