"This was our first time at Hugo's, and it won't be the last. We thoroughly enjoyed this Restaurant inside Bet Rivers Casino. Service was excellent as the waitress was very attentive to our needs and checked on us constantly. Food was outstanding and lived up to our high expectations. There were not many patrons in the restaurant even though it was Saturday. I suspect they are still recovering from COVID, but well worth a visit. Try the strawberry mule drink or the pineapple martini both are awesome. Live Music was playing in the cocktail bar while we sat in the dining room which was an unexpected bonus."

"disappointed, sabatino 's to learn (one of our favorites to go to places) is closed. once I heard I knew a reservation that it would soon be impossible to get in. Unfortunately, it seems that the incredibly busy tempo carries on everyone. eating was not as good as usual, seemed to lack seasoning and pasta was overcooked and gluten-free. we didn't send it back because everything took so long (3 hours of meal to finish) the staff was overtaken when we overheard a server that called another name, we waited 20 min. for our reserved time and overall it was only 't the dispatch of an old friend we hoped for. the only reason why I write this review is to inform the restaurant as they still have 3 months to make some changes to accommodate this incredibly busy time and continue to be a fun time for their customers when they know where they are missing. we wish the owners and employees everything good and will surely miss them! thanks for great memories."

The staff was surly as we overheard a server calling another a name, we waited 20 min. for our reserved time and overall it just wasn 't the send off of an old friend that we 'd hoped for. The ONLY reason I am writing this review is to inform the restaurant as they still have 3 months to make some changes in order to accommodate this incredibly busy period and continue to be a fun time for their customers if they are aware of where they are missing. "I met up with some friends for an early dinner at this restaurant. We all enjoyed the menu and the wine list. The waiter gave us some great recommendations for our meal. We shared the crabcakes as an appetizer, and I ordered the Chilean sea bass while others opted for the steak. All of our dishes were cooked perfectly."

"I'm going to give this place 2 stars only because of the very sweet waitress and I'm in a good mood. Other than that this place is a mediocre mess which is really a shame because it has the possibility of being so much more. Located on a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of Naples, the place seems like a cute French bistro you might find in Paris. Then you try to speak to the person right next to you and realize you cannot possibly hear a word because the place is so loud and no one has thought that people who go out to dinner together might actually want to speak to each other while dining! After sitting there for about 25 minutes the nice waitress came to take our order. Unfortunately she had an accent which made understanding her nearly impossible in a room where you can barely hear the person next to you anyway. We ordered escargot and a soup for an appetizer and waited and waited and waited and waited and after another 45 minutes finally our appetizers and entrees all came at once! We sent back the entrees and ate our mediocre at best appetizers. Our entrees eventually made it and were mediocre as well. All in all a very disappointing experience with very ordinary food and service with a lovely and personable waitress. Be smarter than me and save your night and go somewhere else. I can assure you you'll be happy you did."

"Hands down the best Pad Thai in town! This is my second time getting takeout and everything that we’ve gotten has been amazing! We have got the shrimp coconut, the side of rice, the fried tofu appetizer, and the pad Thai with chicken. Everything has been so delicious and tastes very authentic. My son loves it and requested it again. I hope this place stays just the way it is. Kid-friendliness: My son loves the coconut shrimp and the side of rice!"

"We made dinner reservations via Open Table with no issues. Arrived and was promptly seated. We were greeted by the wait/ service staff within 3 minutes. Water and bread followed shortly. We were also greater by management (manager and later by the assistant manager). The wait staff covered our table very well. We had a total of 3 servers working with us throughout our dinner. I really liked that concept. My wife had the crabcakes and I had the Chilean Seabass. Both were delicious!! The only negative was the lobster bisque was missing lobster. Not a bit or morsel of lobster could be found. Other than that, the evening was fantastic. I look forward to dining at Hugo’s Frog Bar soon!!"

"Horrible place; walk in, and it was not busy. I have to wait for the server for almost 10 mins. They all walk past me and take someone come after me to order first.
