"We have always enjoyed this cozy restaurant and it was good again, however the food and service wasn't as great as normal, but it was still a good experience. Also, it was very hot in the room so it was a bit uncomfortable. The service good but a bit slow and the waitress kept saying it was coming, but it wasn't. She also was a bit over-the-top by saying "was your food amazing, I see that your dessert was completely delicious, etc so it didn't seem sincere and was hard to respond too. We will come back but hope it gets back to the normal great experience"

"could have been exceptional with some improvements. the food quality was excellent and the sides were great. In short, they were abbreviated and poor levels were high. restaurant had special menu for new year plus had the regular menu as option, which was one of the reasons we selected for our celebration cru. all diners in our group chose to eat from the regular menu. After the meal we asked for the availability of bananas foster brotpudding that was on the special menu. we were recommended that they would not use any of the items from the special menu separately. our group then went without gloomy to buy, as there was nothing on the regular menu that culminated our appetit. it looks like cru tried to force customers to buy the special menu to get some courses, although they could prefer other courses from the entire menu. no policy that offers a completely satisfactory culinary experience."

"Service was very good and coffee was perfect. Steaks were cooked perfect as well. Have to update. I returned a couple months later and it was not good. My steak was cold and blue/rare. I told the waiter and he tried to tell me its medium rare. That's how they come. He had no clue. I didn't want to argue so I didn't eat my steak. Over $100 for one meal and can't get it right. Even my dressing on the salad was inedible. I didn't want to tell him I owned a restaurant and not try to make excuses for bad food. Just remake it. I just decided to not come back. Service was not good and if it was maybe I could have had my steak corrected and salad replaced. The waiter seemed to think he knew it all. I should have left a smaller tip."
