"I have previously ordered to-go meals that included soup without any issues, but this time I decided to simplify things by ordering a family special meal for two (which isn’t cheap). I expected the soup, which I had paid for, to be included, but to my disappointment, I found out that they don’t provide soup with pick-up orders. When I called to express my concerns, the manager hung up on me. The customer service is terrible, and it feels like a rip-off—you should receive all the food you order and pay for. I will not be returning, as I refuse to let them take advantage of me again. I strongly advise against giving them your business."
