"Very deceptive website concerning amenities and availability of staff. We stayed here two nights but we were never informed that we would not receive any housekeeping services or that there would be no person on site or available at night in the event of a problem. When we contacted the owner, he neither apologized nor seemed concerned about the lack of both. He claimed the lack of housekeeping was because of Covid, which was simply an excuse to not provide a full service"
