"When I finally received my food, the burgers were cold, and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. To make matters worse, they had changed the French fries I loved to a new kind that were soggy and unappetizing. Additionally, my salad arrived without dressing or a fork. Please, management, address these issues. I want to continue supporting your business, but this experience was unacceptable."
