"This is a great restaurant. We love the food and family-friendly atmosphere. We were actually just there last night and after we had waited a long time for our food, a manager came out and apologized to lose our order. He said it was just found and that our food was just started and they would cover our ENTIRE bill. What? It reminded me how the customer service was when I was a child: something we unfortunately don't see much more. The service was so great, next to the mix. It is refreshing to see people who have their mistakes and make it right. We're coming back!"
