"we had reservations, but obviously the chop house has a 20 minute window after the reservation time, so they can sit between 15 and 20 minutes after their reservation time. once sitting, the service was excellent. the salate and the sides were excellent. the ribeyes were delicate and tasty, but the fat content that had to be cut off was probably 45% of the 10 oz steaks, so the actual edible part of the steaks was much less than what we expected. we expect ribeyes to have a bit fat due to the fall, but that was much higher than normal. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the visit because the food we ate was very good and we had a very good waitress."
