"I ordered a meatball parm sub with paprika. I found something hard in the sub and discovered that it was a piece of pepper stem. I took it back so they could see it. Chris was less helpful and flippant. He scrubbed it off and said that if you sea too much pepper, they will be hard. Never apologise or offered compensation. It is a treat to order during this post. You lost my business!"
