"first: FIVE stars for eating. it was delicious. so fresh! the brot was excellent, everything was skillfully joined by the sandwich manufacturer. even the chips were delicious! second: two stars for cleanliness. it was pretty bad. doors, tables, even outside the tables, all grimmy. the place needs a good cleaning! last: three stars for service. it took forever to get our food. the commands were secured and no one was in a hurry behind the counter. that was frustrating. overall we go back because it was so good to eat and that was worth waiting. hoping it will be cleaned and the service will improve."

"What a great place to stay in Maumee. The amazingly friendly staff team and management work hard to ensure that the males are fulfilling wishes and needs. The portion sizes are hugely paid for the price. You have a variety of drinks with many different zero sugar products. Menu is easy to read and select when ordering. The staff constantly sanitated the surfaces and equipment to keep the males and the staff healthy."

"Well.....I am not that black person that would ever play the race card BECAUSE I am a black man, happily married for 37 years to my beautiful white wife but today's visit to Schlotzsky's 862 in Flower Mound, really felt that way. The young man that took my order was very nice and customer service oriented when he took my order. As I waited, I noticed how welcoming and nice the other young man and young lady working in the front, were being with 4 other customers that came in and left, as I waited for my order to be completed. I noticed that these customers were greeted and as they left, were told thank you and have a good day. My order was finally completed, placed on the counter, and the buzzer I was holding was activated. As I walked up to the counter to get my order, neither of the 2 workers said a word to me. The person that placed my order on the counter had walked away. Both of the previously mentioned workers, that had given the other customers such good service, were standing there and never said a word to me. I stood there for at least 30 seconds, thinking that they would at least greet me and give me my order but I received nothing. I am a hard-working, black man and since we have lived in the Corinth area, that was only the 2nd time that I have ever felt that the color of my skin mattered. My wife and I have been to this location several times but as of today, we will be going the further distance to the Lewisville location. I can say that our order was correct and very tasty as usual. I only give this review to let management and the public know that that the world is changing but not fast enough."

"First off, let me say that I love Schlotzsky's. I ordered a deluxe original sandwich but received a regular one instead. I informed the staff of the mistake, but it was not corrected. Prior to our visit, someone had spilled a drink on the floor, which made it hazardous to walk around. Despite warnings from other patrons, the mess was not cleaned up during our entire meal. The restaurant only has a few tables, making it difficult to avoid stepping in the spill. The layout of the store is too small, making the kitchen appear cramped and affecting the level of service."

"We love Schlotzky's original sandwich. We saw this place and decided that this would be our dinner. We were there early in the evening and it wasn't crowded. We were welcomed and our order was quickly accepted. Our food came out in time. We ordered the deluxe original in large and share it. They cut it and put it on two plates for us. The Deluxe has extra meat and the big one is HUGE! We had chips and a soda and we were both satisfied. The sandwich didn't disappoint! The meat, the amazing bread and the toppings make it a favorite among us!"

"I usually don't write negative reviews, as I understand that every place can have a bad day. However, this review is warranted for three reasons. Firstly, the restaurant was extremely busy when we stopped by to grab sandwiches before a game. We were prepared to wait, but after 25 minutes, we decided to ask for a refund and leave due to the slow service. Secondly, the cashier had to ask another employee for help with the refund, and despite receiving a refund receipt, our original receipt was not included. To make matters worse, the refund receipt did not match our order and was rung up as a cash refund without receiving any cash back. Lastly, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over three hours, but the line was consistently busy. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I may need to dispute the charge with my bank."

"Forgot some ingredients on a pizza. The sandwich was good though. It's expensive for what it is. A pizza, a sandwich, and 4 cinnamon rolls was $50. Fast food shouldn't be that expensive. There are sandwiches elsewhere that are just as good that are much more reasonably priced. The girl at the window was kinda rude too, stuck up. For $50 you could be polite I would think, but what do I know. It wasn't a terrible experience, but given what it was and the cost I probably won't be a regular customer if I go back at all.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't consider this a restaurant kids would have much interest in generally. They are not primarily going for that demographic anyway. I don't recall seeing a kids meal on the menu, but I wasn't looking for one either.Parking: It's a little tight."

"My taste buds are insanely in love with Schlotzsky's sandwiches. I would love to eat there every week at least once. However, they are extremely expensive! Today I was alone, so went there and ordered a small original with extra cheese, and it was $9.19. Had my husband and son been with me, however, they would have ordered a medium or large original. That would have been in the $45+ range. That's just not reasonable for 3 sandwiches. This does not include drinks or chips just 3 sandwiches! Don't you think that's unreasonable for 3 sandwiches? I can't eat here often, but I do love them!"

"the original deluxe sandwich was great. the pimples on the side was good and chips were good but in the last 2 times I was there and it should have wobbles and olives on the sandwich and they were never there. they need to understand that the original sandwich comes with scavenging, underwriting sauce, meat, tomato, olive and wobbles. if they do not put on the wool and olives, the people are either annoyed and/or complained. if they are from the dings on their sandwiches, then they make a sign and tell the customer that their original not to have wobbles and olives on the sandwich is one must. "Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chains sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in Farmton. I really like the unique use of round sandwiches instead of the default setting to copy the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the big monstrous is in size! This location currently makes a lot of drive-through business, but we decided to dive in. The dining room is small, but the staff has a good job with service. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained."

"We like a lot eating out. Last night we arrived in this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a lovely time there with superb food and a courteous stuff and a talented chef. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we will surely visit again very soon. Highly recommended."
