"Yesterday I was famished and headed to a vegan restaurant. While in the strip mall, I parked in front of Loiterra on Pico. I parked right in front of a video ad being displayed of the delicious Mexican food served at Loiterra. I went from wanting grains to wanting Mexican. I still wanted a vegetarian dish, so I inquired with Jim what he would suggest. He was a nice and polite gentleman, very knowledgeable about the food their. Jim is the owner. I ordered 2 enchiladas with beans and rice. He recommended the squash enchilada and a mushroom one. It sounded like it would be great and it was. Filled with sauces and cheese. I do eat cheese. It was fantastic! The presentation was great and it was absolutely delicious! By far the best tasting Mexican food I’ve ever had. Seriously . I didn’t expect it to taste so good. It was like eating food from a 5 star Mexican restaurant, but located in an unassuming strip mall. Jim owns another Loiterra in LAX. It tasted better than I could imagine! It was everything I wanted and more and the food just melted in my mouth. Thank you Jim! I’ll be seeing you soon!"
