"I have been going to this place on and off since the 90's. I haven't been in a while. It was really great to see the same faces yesterday and today when I went back for more. "I don't know why our order came so bad when their food was always really good here when you immerse, but I order 8 pizzas think it would be the same quality as if you immersed, but the pizza was quite dry, and tasted old, just stay with the food with them, cuz the food was always on point in this aspect"

"Italy is a small local pizza joint that has the appearance of your typical neighborhood pizzeria. Beautiful paintings of Italy decorate the walls and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I was extra hungry, so I went with my usual level and added a white slice and a Sicilian slice. The meal came with free bread, which was pleasantly fluffy and had a good mix of herbs and spices on it. The plain had quite decent sauce and cheese and the charred crust was good, but a bit burned in some places. The white was very fluffy with a good help of cheese. The square pane had really great sauce and parmesan and a nice amount of fluffy on the basis. Overall, I would say that Italy produces a good average piece of pizza."

"I give five stars for very nice hospitality! The food was also amazing and I enjoyed the pizza and wings so much!! Server was extremely friendly and the restaurant is so cozy and clean! "One of the 'big four ' at what I refer to as ground zero for pizza-holics. I 'd always enjoyed Abate as delivery to where I work and finally got to try it in the restaurant. If you were to ask if it is better/worse than the others down there, I would say neither. Each pizzeria on Wooster street is great in it 's own way. Abate has a fantastic crust and the toppings are first rate. One thing I did note is that the service was absolutely top notch. I plan to go back and try the mainstream Italian fare as well."

"Was invited to our long-time friends' relative's Memorial Service at a church in New Milford, then went to Armondo Restaurant in Bethel. The food was excellent!! "This is a hidden gem in Fairfield. Authentic Italian cuisine and family owned; one brother is the chef the other is a waiter. The ambiance is just right, great service and the food is absolutely delicious. Since it's one of our favorite restaurants, we decided to celebrate our son's 40th birthday on the second floor. Our buffet selections were; Chicken Marsala, Salmon Provenzale and Tortelini Alfredo with shrimp and everything was delicious. My guest loved the food!!! It was a great celebration and Bella Sera made it happen !"

"Been going here since I was a kid. Staff is great and always friendly. They treat you like a friend/family and not just a customer. Definitely one of the best pizzas on Long Island whether it’s just cheese , pepperoni or chicken bacon pizza you’ll find it’s hard to be topped. The pasta and hot sandwiches are very good too. Especially the Fettuccine Alfredo w/ breaded chicken. Highly recommend dine in or take out."
