"We placed an order through a turret and when my food was delivered, they had forgotten to give the scrub the salad. They offered a refund that was good, but we said we were disappointed and really wanted the salad, but understood. A little later the salad and a fresh pizza arrived with an apology for the situation. We were very impressed by their customer service and will definitely order from there again. And the food is great too!"

"I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my experience with the gluten-free chicken parm was disappointing. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked, almost splintering. The sauce on the pasta was watery and running off. It was a shame that we drove all the way from Eatontown for the food. I'm not sure if we'll make that trip again. This used to be my go-to spot for gluten-free Italian food, but after giving it another chance on October 2nd, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pasta was undercooked, the sauce was unappetizing, and the meatballs were rubbery and lacked flavor. The gluten-free garlic bread was simply a toasted hot dog roll for $10. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I recommend anyone in need of gluten-free options to look for another restaurant."

Cam with coupons only able to use one for dinning area, even if we go from dining area and a full pan pizza, which is a $20.00 value and would not allow us to use coupon for free wings because we also used the voucher for the dining area, although our tab over $60.00. I wouldn't go back. Go to Frank's pizza in Mt. Arlington. Pan Pizza was big and less money."

"Ordered the Settefrate pizza without cheese, lasagna and Rhode Island Fried Calamari. The restaurant called to confirm the order within a few minutes which is amazing service. The food arrived quickly and hot. The pizza was delicious, the calamari cooked to perfection and lasagna wowza! Not many places cook calamari correctly. Pellici's does it right! "I wanted to check this place for a long time and finally. I wish I had done it earlier! I tried a few things from her menu to get home. The #1 on Chibatta bread to begin. It had prosciutto, mortadella, genoa salami, sopressata, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was one of the best Italian subs I ever had! Then the ones: Grandma Pizza. Thin crust square pizza with olive oil, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Again delicious! With two soups. Pasta Fagioli and chicken soup. Both delicious! The Pasta fagioli wasn't the best I ever had, but it was still fucking good! (Forte's still doing the best Pasta fagioli) The place was packed, but the entire staff was great! In fact, they forgot to fire my pizza and insisted that I take a free dessert. I tried the caramel brownie and it was fantastic! I will definitely return and look forward to trying more of their pizzas, sandwiches and pages!"

"Pizza looked like it was 2 days old and tasted like unseasoned cardboard. The server dropped the entire medal serving tray on the table and walked away without speaking. We then asked for ranch dressing. The server puts a disgusting squeeze bottle on the table that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months with crusted yellow ranch stuck to the side. Me, my wife, and 2 kids left after a single bite. My wife went to Carmines years ago and was embarrassed bringing me there for the first time."

"excellent selection of meals. excellent quality and quantity in my and my wife selection. my wife had the lasagne, and I had the lobster filled ravioli in red cream sauce. the garlic rolls are exceptional, but be careful not to fill them before the meal arrives. very good choice of weeping and they are half price per bottle before 18 o'clock. this time could not fit dessert, but they were very good at visiting earlier."
