"We’ve been coming here every now and then for the past 4 or 5 years, and we have seen the quality decline. The place had a French owner before, which was great because they were offering authentic buckwheat crepes (eggless), and the regular crepes were fantastic. We kept on coming when the new owner took over and, while they didn’t offer buckwheat crepes anymore, the regular crepes were still very good.Today, we came for the last time. The crepes were definitely not made by order: they were COLD. Not as in “I made these 10 minutes ago and they’re cold”, but more like “I took these out of the fridge 10 minutes ago”. Surprisingly, they were crunchy on the edges (crunchy crepes are not even a thing). They were also lacking in filling: they used to spread hazelnut spread inside the whole crepes, and now they spread it in the middle, so you end up with a half-empty crepe. If this was our first time, we wouldn’t come back again. Since we have been coming for years and we know how the quality has gone down…we won’t be coming back either. If you’re looking for crepes, go to the other crepe place in Charleston. If you like the place or you eat something different, come here."
