"I first went to LOL back in 2019 and my wife and I really enjoyed it. I have recently gone back a week or so ago and you can tell it has changed. I ordered a crepe and my wife ordered a Thai tea with boba. The crepe was freshly made and delicious butthe one I ordered was missing half of the stuff it said would come with it. The Thai tea tasted amazing like always but the bobawas of mixed texture there were some that were almost mush and others that were barely soft enough to bite into. I still enjoyit but the staff who work there don't seem to enjoy their jobs enough to keep the same passion as the manager did 3 years ago."

"The service at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and they serve fantastic bubble tea. It's definitely the best dessert spot in Las Vegas! The atmosphere is lovely and cozy too. I will definitely be returning before my flight departs."
