"The service was extremely disappointing. We waited a long time to be served, despite the restaurant not being busy. As a high-end establishment, it was surprising to receive clam chowder with a plastic spoon and our dinner presented in a plastic bag inside a metal container on a baking pan, with tiny forks for eating. We were uncertain about how to properly prepare our "boil," as this was our first time at the restaurant, and our waitress disappeared and never returned until we were about to leave. Throughout our meal, we were never checked on. The back of the restaurant was set up for children and featured video games that played loud music constantly, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. Given the quality of the experience, the prices were exorbitantly high."
