"i had a ride with lyft last friday july 08/2023 and i left a shoebox sized package in the lyft driver's car and since then i have tried numerous times to contact the driver and various lyft offices across the bay area and I haven't been able to reach anyone and haven't heard back. bad experience with this company is bad driver"
