"I have visited Rootstock three times - once before the pandemic, once for a prefixed dinner event during the shutdown, and again this summer. Each visit left me with a positive impression, but my most recent visit surpassed all expectations. I went with three friends for a birthday dinner and we ordered a charcuterie board along with all eight small plates to share. Every bite was exceptional, with the chevre salad and brie tempura standing out as the highlights. The service was impeccable, striking the perfect balance of knowledge, attentiveness, personality, and appropriate distance. I will definitely continue to frequent this restaurant and recommend it to others."
