"last night we celebrated our dear friends 60th birthday and sams really made the night an unforgettable experience. the service was amazing, friendly and very attentive that we really appreciated. eating was delicious with taking the brussel sprouts with bacon. which were very soft instead of crispy, as indicated in the appetizer description on the menu. I ordered the 1/2 chicken, which was extremely moist and tender, the taste was amazing about risotto. my wife had mandarin pear salad that she absolutely loved and our friend had the shrimp thing with blue crab that he said was incredibly amazing. for dessert, my wife and I shared a homemade vanilla and chocolate swirl soft serve ice cream and our friend had for his birthday dessert her key lime pie. we had a beautiful window seat and the sunset was truly spectacular. sams chowder house made our birthday party a beautiful holiday experience for the three of us and we look forward to our next time we visit sams, which is a wonderful and appreciated facility for not only us native, but for all who are past and enjoy their delicious food and hospitality."
