"This is the third review I've written about this restaurant, and I have to say it's quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and I even found hair in my pizza. When I brought this up while paying, there was no attempt to rectify the situation. I won't be coming back, as I believe in supporting local businesses, but this one is not worth it. I will also warn my family and friends to steer clear."

"Had been there often and it had been much better before. Perhaps it was an off day. We could not eat most of what we ordered. What we brought home, the chow fun was so greasy that it took several paper towels to soak up the oil. The Shanghai dumpling dough was not heated through. Felt like the dumplings were warmed up in the microwave. Staff were never warm and friendly before. But they looked so grumpy that day it was almost funny. The most helpful was a bus boy who seated us and gave us water and what we asked for while the wait staff were either busy or chatting with customers they were familiar with. It was too bad. We had enjoyed many lunches and had a very nice Chinese New Year dinner there before. While service was never welcoming and food not outstanding, it was above average for the price."

"Great choice for a classic Hibachi experience. Less cramped than most places, the show is solid. Good deals on lunch. What they're lacking for me is just the finishing touch on the food the meat is always good, but everything else needs higher heat and/or a harder sear. What I come to hibachi places for is usually the fried rice that intense, almost burnt flavor of wok made or hard seared fried rice, and I never get more than a hint of that flavor. I'd also love a richer miso based sauce but you can't go wrong with the classic yum yum either."

"It has been a while since I have been to Baldwin but was in the area scouting for Pizza Hunters App. Customer service was amazing. Positive experience at the counter. Super friendly and helpful. Had the Margarita slice which was very good. This is a big slice with a big crust. Solid on all categories. Not sure the big crust would grade the highest in tournament competition, but it was above average for sure. I will be going back soon to sample other slices for sure."
