"I visited Blaze for the first time on my 21st birthday in August 21, 2021, and had an excellent experience! I ordered the fried brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese, and corn in a bowl, all of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The tables were clean, and the floors were polished. Reservations are required at this restaurant, and there is a specific dress code to follow - dress classy and cleanly. I loved the black interior theme of Blaze, with black napkins, walls, tables, and seats - a cool touch. The staff were friendly and the cooks did a great job preparing the food. I would definitely return to Blaze in the future. Five stars for great business, workers, and restaurant."
