"I visited this restaurant once before and really enjoyed the food, so I decided to have dinner there tonight. The meal was good, but I have to give it just one star for a particular reason. The driver who brought me refused to get out of the car. He just sat there and didn’t come to meet me at the entrance. I’ve never experienced that before. I asked him twice why he wasn’t coming to greet me, and he just shook his head. When I called the restaurant to report this, the person on the phone told me that customers are expected to get out of the car to pick up their orders. I found that quite ridiculous. Who knows, maybe the driver was having a rough day, but this was during broad daylight on a busy street. I'm not familiar with the area, but I don’t think such discourteous behavior was warranted. So, I’m giving this a single star for the driver’s actions."
