"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"We went last night for a birthday dinner. We really like this place, but it is a splurge. Our food was over an hour in coming and when it arrived, my husband's was cold. He never complains, but he did last night. Instead of taking it off the bill, they gave us another entre of the same thing, which we really did not want. It was disappointing. We will go back, but not for a while."

"We arrived in Hershey on Saturday for Labor Day weekend. Booking at the Hershey Lodge we recieved complementary tickets to the Gardens and Story Museum. After 3+ hours in the car, our toddler enjoyed being about to run around and play at Hershey Gardens for a few hours and walk around the museum while we waited for our room to be ready! The personalized token for listening to the stories was fun and interactive!"

"when we asked for extra napkins were told there were none. ordered ooey gooey cake for dessert, which has ice cream on it, we were told there were no spoons so we had to use forks. In defense, it was mother's day and the university graduation, but cant understand how a restarant runs out of spoons at 1230 during lunch. Lunch was ok...nothings special."

"We booked in advance for a Birthday celebration. Greeted by a very charming hostess he seated us promptly. Adam! He was amazing. Very charming, knowledgeable, patient. A1 customer service. Made great suggestions as for as menu options. He made his guest have a very happy birthday, we didn?t get to talk all of the pics because we really enjoyed our food. He ordered a the king Alaskan salmon with spinach and shrimp fried rice, I ordered the 10 oz filet-mignon with Oscar Louie (lump crab meat) with the garlic mash on the side. We had a baked Alaskan dessert that Adam lit on fire! With strawberry cookies and cream inside! It was amazing! They also gave us an customized birthday menu! That was it for me!"

"The last time we were there, we had some problems. I was given a a couple of $25.00 gift cards to come back. Yesterday was that day. 1st, you should not have service people working in three different areas in the restaurant at the same time. They tend to have to cover too much ground and the food suffers. The ribs were pink on the inside and dry, not hot, and tough on the outside. I had a simple burger with sweet potato fries. I got regular fries and they weren’t hot. I asked for soup without chives, I love only got chives, but the soup was cold enough for me to stand my spoon up in it. My wife got a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, but again the sweet potato fries were not hot. The waitress kept apologizing to me, and it wasn’t her fault. I’m very sorry, but I don’t think we can come to your restaurant anymore. I left the waitress pretty decent tip because it wasn’t her fault. You can’t have servers working three different parts of the restaurant and expect the people to get their food on time and hot. I’ve been coming there since that place opened and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was the last two times including yesterday that we’ve been there.
