"This place gets 1 star for the food being flavorful but that 's as far as the positive go. The portions are okay but honestly everything else about this place is trash. The waitresses are the most careless waitstaff I 've ever dealt with. The waitress knew nothing about the menu. We asked basic questions about what sides come with certain dishes and what was in certain dishes. Zilch. She knew nothing. She didn 't know what drinks they could make at the bar which isn 't even a bar. Just piled with stuff all over it. The waitress took a phone call while bringing food to the table. Another person had to take over while our original server stood within earshot as she stayed on the phone. Beware they add a 15% gratuity to the bill. Needless to say that was annoying cause the service didn 't deserve 15%. Really embarrassed that this place is Ecuadorian. You can find better food and wayyy better service just a block away at another latin restaurant that will feel totally worth it."
