"185 dollars (big tower shown. We had no sauces to ask, and the hostess came to the table to check that it was missing before she took another as she did not believe us. Drinks were consistently empty for 15 to 20 minutes. They said that the pasta was enough to share three people as a duck. (See picture. My father asked to pull butter to go with crab legs, sat and waited with the crab legs before him on the plate for 15 min. Finally the bartender asked and he brought within 1 min. The apps came out after about 25 min. The entrances came a significant time and were served for several minutes separately, so each one eats separately. No additional plates were given for the pasta we wanted to share. At this point the waitress had not been seen in over 20 minutes. Almost no plates were cleaned all the time, so we had to try to fit our ducks to the table while all our appetizer plates and serving plates remained from the previous course. There were several employees. Definitely not understated. When he finally asked for a manager, he told us that he had just arrived at the restaurant and told us that there was an influx of tables and the kitchen came back. He offered a free dessert that we rejected because we had to come back after almost two hours, most of which had to wait for one or another. The manager brought the check and removed three iced teas and two side salads. Hostesses gave dirty looks and whispered with hands on hips and shaking heads to us. The waitress came over and apologised sincerely, even though it was only the kitchen behind which was not the big problem. She said that the manager had removed some drinks and side salads, but that she would also add a discount. She didn't add a discount. Totally terrible experience. A restaurant with high final prices should have a high or at least decent service."

"Wusssuuuuuuppppppppp My main squeeze and I made a reservation here for Feb 12 (before valentines day) probably about 3 weeks in advance and were able to get a good dinner time of 7:30. Decent yo. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait a little bit to be seated. But thats showbiz baby. The whole aesthetic there was pretty sweet. I really liked the pillows around the bench seats and whole friggin vibe ya know? Took my hat off when I walked in gee wiz So we got dinner. But before dinner I was skiing out at white heat all day, crushing the warm day freshies, and we could put the ARRR in starving (tummy was growlin). I was not prepared for the proportions we were about to be served. I've attached the gnocchi we got. I'll note it was literally the best I've ever had. Pillowy, soft, creamy, godly. You're a fool not to try it. If I was close enough to the cook I would've asked the secret is. But I was let down by the proportion. I could've eaten two of these along with my tappas. The tappas we got: brussel sprouts (literally a MUST EAT. SOOOO GUUD), olives (also good but beware of the pits. I just ate them like a man), and the shrimp. Brussel sprouts and olives exceeded expectations, but I wouldn't recommend the shrimp because it comes with three shrimp for 15 and how am I expected to share three shrimp? Doesn't quite fit the tappas definition imo. But aside from that, they were friggin good too! If I could adjust the Google review, I'd give them three due to the prices per portion. Otherwise, everything else was great. The food we got was phenomenal, our service was par for the course, and the music playlist was relevant and good. Good for a date if you make a reservation. Get with it y'all. Seeya next time 188"

"I want to preface this by saying that I generally only write positive reviews unless I’ve had a very poor experience. I hadn’t been to Mallorca in at least a decade, so my family and I decided to go today. I have such fond memories of the food and the entire experience. But WOW, was I disappointed this evening! The food was a B+ at best. I enjoyed the garlic shrimp appetizer and the salad. However, the paellas were just ok. I needed to add a good bit of salt for the flavors to come together. They say they are known for their paella, and it was very underwhelming. The service was what really made me write this review. We were seated at a table by a gentleman who ended up being our server. When only one person ordered a glass of wine, despite 3/4 of us ordering a beverage other than water, the server negatively changed his attitude toward us. This wasn’t surprising, as this happens to us often. I originally ordered the vegetarian paella. However, after seeing that the price of the vegetarian paella was the same as the more elaborate “paella Valencia,” within minutes, my family member stopped our server to ask to add chicken and chorizo to my paella. There was a lot of confusion about specifically what we were asking for, and the server left the room in a huff, saying “Oh my god” in Spanish loudly. He came back to clarify what we wanted, but was pretty rude. Following this, we asked for more bread two times. Finally, the server brought it. Then we asked for more butter. He came back and threw the butter plate on the table, and I promise I am not exaggerating. The next time we spoke to our server, one of the people in my party couldn’t hear what he was saying, and, as such, said “what” a few times. As the server walked out of the room we were dining in, he was mocking this person, saying, “What?,” in a rude, sing-songy tone that was obviously meant to be mean. After that, a different gentleman who was helping our server asked if we needed boxes and we did. When he brought them to us, he very quickly shoved the to-go containers directly in front of one of my family member’s faces, which was completely unnecessary and felt hostile. After what we experienced with our server, we paid and asked a third person who brought back our check if we could speak to the manager. Well… turns out that our server was the manager. It makes sense why the service was so bad if this is how low the manager sets the bar for service when he serves tables. Based on the fact alone that the manager treats patrons like this, I would highly recommend not going to this restaurant, and I will not be returning in the future. It’s too bad because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants."
