It seemed as though it had been overcooked, resulting in a tough and chewy consistency. Moreover, the seasoning used on the conch was quite underwhelming. It lacked any distinct flavor and failed to enhance the natural taste of the seafood. I couldnt help but wonder how much better it could have been with a different blend of spices or herbs. It felt like a missed opportunity to create a truly delicious dish. As for the fries, they were far from impressive. They arrived lukewarm and lacked the crispy exterior that makes fries so enjoyable. It was evident that the oil used for frying had been reused multiple times, as there was a distinct aftertaste of old grease. This not only affected the flavor but also made the fries feel heavy and greasy. Overall, my experience with the conch and fries was quite disappointing. The lack of attention to detail in both the cooking and seasoning left much to be desired. Its a shame because with some improvements, these dishes could have been much more enjoyable. I hope the restaurant takes these criticisms into consideration and works towards enhancing the quality of their food."
