"My first time ever in this place . I ordered ONLY two hoagies and fries . They got the order WRONG . When I called and told them that they had screwed up , they told me to return them . When I did , they said they would re do the hoagies only , as there was nothing wrong with the fries . I told them that by the time they made me new sandwiches , the fries would be cold and soggy . Grudgingly , they replaced the whole order and after waiting another twenty minutes gave it to me . NO APOLOGY , NO COUPONS , NO DISCOUNT . $40 for BAD , RUDE SERVICE !"
