Released in the bleaching bar at reserved time, and no reservation was recommended, they are not on open table. We had no reservations. 20 minutes between placement and confirmation. First beer at 30 minutes. Pretzel App was good. Ordered food and waited to deliver the next hour without food. The waitress was not helpful, the kitchen was secured, “not my problem”. After 1.5 hours left, never saw food. The waitress was not at all sympathetic and tortured bill on table and left. For the first time in 30 years, I left a minimal tip. Place was very busy and problems can happen. However, the whole operation was running badly, with several tables that came to us, getting their orders. I won't return. Opentable should get their act together and not have a restaurant on site that is not involved in their reservation system. When we left the bleaching bar, the only option for dinner was a food trolley."
