"The reviews I read ahead of going to Salt Pepper were mixed and left me skeptical of what to expect. I was not disappointed with the selection. I ordered the Filet Mignon (Medium Well) paired with a Merlot, with the rice pilaf and carrots. The Filet was tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly, and probably the best piece of meat I've had in WF. I lucked out and got the last piece that night, and it was only 6:30. The reviews on running out of items were right, but for Filet cooked that good, I can see why it may be popular. The rice pilaf was good, and the carrots were great. The atmosphere met with an elegent fine dining experience providing a harp player and also piano for soft music. Staff was inviting, professional, and polite the entire interaction at the restaurant. All in all, it was a great experience at least once. Price wise, I personally wouldn't do it more than a few times (special times) a year. But I do definitely recommend it."
