"simply order dinner for my family online very expensive. we ordered a speciality burger when we came home, we found that it had nothing of it and was not able to eat. brought burger back for toppings and management / owners gave us so much a hard time over the toppings salat tomaten mayo. there was always about the toppings not coming to the burger and online order is new and should not have offered the toppings salat and tomaten. We have decided to ask for a refund on such a chaos. on the burger. manager starts complaining about a head of salat is $4 in the business I think that meant that I was not able to get a piece of salat on a $14.00 burger all due to the online site inaccurate. I've never seen anything like that in my whole life. all my years of service customers they are to calm them, please the customers. that was not important this time. not sure why that was a problem? Maybe because I was when you know what's mean! I think honestly, this is sad! dear manager/owner I am a hardworking man who works 2 jobs to feed and supply my family and I have to go through this."

"such a cool room in a random place of the city! I came for a drink only, but was surprised by their extensive gluten-free and vegan bakery options. I have a hot turmeric latte with mandel milk, gluten-free and vegan banana bread and gluten-free/veganes brat. everything was delicious and a beautiful place to hang on a hot day. it was pretty loud inside, but nothing against the place. I can't wait next time I'm in town!"

"Small breakfast/lunch spot! It's cute, the service is good.The food menu is American/Latin inspired. For the items I have tried:The cakes/pastries are a bit dry to be fair.The hot chocolate is good!The omelets are good, but basic (and i feel it could be a touch cheaper).Same for the sandwiches and wraps.Quantity are good as well.During summer, you can enjoy a nice terrace as well."

"We wanted to try this place since we moved to the neighborhood. They ordered a variety of things from the menu and they were all GREAT! Beautiful atmosphere, casual environment, just a really great place to have a few (from their incredible selection of beers) and some great food. We will come back and often."

"I love this place! my favourite place to eat my breakfast or lunch when I visit nyc after I accidentally found her place in 2013. my buddy and I wanted to find an authentic American diner to eat our breakfast instead of the hotel we were close to the 16th century. love at first sight. Whenever I go to nyc, I come and eat my breakfast at your place. love the service, eat, people and they sit system when its amount. everyone is welcome even tourist like me, who might use a little more time on the theke because its too good to choose from so sorry for it. my favorite is grey dog’s breakfast, do not change it coming in this april! until then!"

"UNPROFESSIONAL UNSANITARY! Natasha come back…..this establishment is not the same without you. This used to be my favorite place but now it’s run by young and highly unprofessional staff. Not to mention the food is not the same quality. The blonde behind the register was EXTREMELY rude. I was given a total amount for my food and then charged a higher amount. I simply asked if they charge more to use a debit card and she so rudely told me there was a sign on the register. Yes there is however, it’s a very small hand written note that was being covered by the receipt paper. Not visible at this point mind you. So I asked that they let customers know it’s more or move the sign. The rude snarky comments continued to pour out of her mouth. It wasn’t until I asked her for her name (not saying) that she changed her tune and asked if I wanted a refund for the difference. I’d also like to point out that the two women cooking in the back are NOT masked up and only wearing a protective glove on ONE hand. I watched them on the cell phone with the ungloved hand then proceeded to use the same hand to pick up the cheese and put it on someone bagel. Working with food they should know this is not sanitary. I am truly disgusted with this place and I will NEVER eat there again."

"I was tasked with organizing a Holiday Party for the company that I work at and I was so glad that I found Cafe Louise as a caterer. Louise was so great to work with, always grateful to answer questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Louise remained flexible, and provided me with exactly what I was looking for without any issues! When the time finally came, Louise and her staff came with face masks being very respectful about the current COVID situation. They neatly presented all the food. And the food was so well received. Anytime I organize a work event again, I will be calling up Louise and using her again."
