"Update: 1/16/22 we visited yesterday as a table of 4. It was super busy, fully booked. While the food was always good, it seemed to be on a different level of corniness. The cocktails also seemed so improved, which always seemed so good. The spicy edamame is for !! The service was fantastic. Even if so busy, our waiter was completely on the point. This is a great culinary experience. This remains a large Japanese restaurant. The service is always friendly and fast. The restaurant feels spacious and open, beautifully decorated. The food is simply delicious and always artistically decorated. A great place for delicious, consistent Japanese cuisine and service."

"It’s hard to find bad restaurants in New York. And here you have one. Nothing special at all. You can find better sushi. The fried rice was very oily, especially for Japanese food. Roasted mushroom was a giant lump drizzled in sauces which did nothing. Slow unfriendly service. The space has a mix of tables and low seat couches. No one wants to eat on a couch. We had a table and the couches were empty. The place was half empty on a Saturday night. For good reason. Won’t be return. Sorry I wanted time and money there."

"Had the opportunity to visit Birmingham Alabama for the second time with my niece. This time we ate at Iron City Grill. The interaction with the staff was great fun as we clowned my niece! The food was oh my God!! I had Cajun and Asian fried cauliflower, a Greek salad with blackened shrimp and some collard greens. The food was excellent feel myself going into the talked about food coma knowing I wanted to take some of the food home I just kept taking bite after bite going oh my God, oh my God!!! And you know the test of good take away food right it was even, it was even good cold y'all!!! Can't wait to come back to Birmingham in 2 weeks so that I can get some other vegetarian delight for myself off the menu!!!!"
