"Pros, the bar was great and in general the hotel is authenticly vintage. The con to vintage is you have to forego a few common $300 a night typical ammenities. What is missing? Coffee and drinking water. They have an airpot of coffee on your floor but was empty, we let desk person know, she said sorry she is only ine working. Me, the guy with $326 bill is patient to wait as long as necesarry for coffee. So we did, for 43 minutes. The coffee, was good and believe it or not worth the wait. There is an operational challenge there though. Also, no bottled water or drinking water anywhere courtesy or for sale. I know, don 't be a wuss and drink the tap you say. I say no. Good stay in general and I am glad we checked it out. This place doesn 't have what would make me want to come back. In truth, variety is the spice of life and I will check out another place next time we look to stay downtown Minneapolis. In my opinion though, it is good to check this place out at least once."
