"Charming local coffee shop, restaurant and gift shop located in the village of Hamburg, open since 1997. Comfort zone is just that, a place to come for delicious coffee, tea and comfort food. I met a friend for lunch and was delighted. In the past I have come through here quickly just for a coffee or tea. I ordered the grilled cheese with Brie, raspberry and walnuts which came with a side salad. My sandwich was huge, delicious and something different. The Brie was perfectly melted, the raspberry jam was a sweet contrast to the cheese and the walnuts were soft and added some texture to the sandwich. The side salad was pretty large and the home made dressing options offered something for every palette. My friend ordered the sun-sation salad with smoked salmon. It was a generous portion with fresh ingredients and she was very happy with her choice. Other menu items include soups, wraps, paninis, desserts, pastries and Paula?s donuts. I have enjoyed their coffees and teas in the past. Tons of options for every diet and taste. In addition to the food and coffee they offer a soup club, home made popsicles and adorable and unique gifts. I was in need of birthday gift and was easily able to find something here after I finished my lunch. Sign up for their digital rewards card and earn credit for shopping.
