"Had a lovely time with old friends at Maia. The hostess (Toria, I believe) immediately met me with a warm and genuine smile, struck up conversation, and we giggled while walking to the table like old girlfriends...then she gave me the best table outside right next to the heater!! Amazing. Then, drinks and food came which were just as delightful. This was my second time here, definitely better than my first where the waitress was slightly awkward and not skilled at analyzing when is best to interrupt conversation to ask questions."
