"The food was tepid. The beans were flavorless and the rice was undercooked. The waitress was very kind, but seemed overwhelmed. She was slow to wait on us, although apologetic. She got my meal order wrong . I asked for mole sauce and she brought me green salsa. When I pointed it out, she said she thought I asked for green. I asked for a side of mole. I was more than 1/2 way through my meal when she finally came back and said they were out of mole. I find that hard to believe and think she just forgot it. I then ordered a second regular margarita and she brought me a mango. I liked it, so I didn’t send it back, but pointed out it was wrong because my date wanted to order the mango margarita, instead of the original he already had. She then blamed the bartender for the mistake, when it is clear by the appearance of the drink that it was not a plain margarita. She should have noticed that when she picked it up and corrected it, if it was the bartenders mistake. We tipped her 10%. Which I think is appropriate given the circumstances. The drinks were delicious."
