"I 've noticed that they are becoming more unprofessional about how they are handling problems a few times in a row of going there.Like making mistakes with orders by not listening, reading back, not even a total. And when we returned to get our shake order fixed they just say here you go, we are giving you a free shake. Not even asking us what kind we would like. And on top of that screwing up that same shake order we went back for, again..twice!. We never got what we ordered, but 2 shakes of what we did not want, 1 free. We just frustratingly left. Giving someone a free shake which was another mistake they made from somebodys elses order that they did not want to waste. The other time..the lady said we will see what we can do, we are a bit busy when I asked for my gluten free but to be toasted twice and explained to her they get soggy easily and it 's gross. Really? You are paying for their food and they suggest tip jars. But yet they are NOT preparing it how you would like it and making it their choice how you will get it. Prices are raising as so is Bad Service with Bad Attitude. $15hr, asking for tips and behaving like that in the drive thru. Wow!"
