"10-25. I asked the waitress if they had hot tea. she said yes. I cleaned a glass of lukewarm tea. they said they had no cups. but it wasn't even hot. I asked about ice and turned it into cold tea. What would I get if I asked for coffee? the same waitress asked if my dining room partner wanted another koks and she said yes. She brought her a dose and filled her glass, and then charged her for a 2nd koks. really? if they ask a parade, if they want a refill, they should not charge them. really crazy. they are nickel and diming their customers. poor service."

"the server we had was nice, but that was terrible. I had the scorpion pfeffer burger but I didn't want to tweak, but from any reason the scorpion pfeffersoße was mixed with the wobbles. I guess it couldn't be separated as the server said because it didn't come. the whole food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice, the brownie was rock hard. "Came by for a quick drink and snack and happy we did. Service was the biggest surprise. Asked to be sat outside because we had our dog and wasn’t sure they could accommodate because they didn’t look busy and may have wanted to keep their customers in one section. We were the only ones outside, but they still accommodated and checked on us frequently. Three different servers and a bartender all made sure we had our food and drinks. The great: Service! We just ordered wing and a side, but kept making sure we had enough fried zucchini. We also could not decide on the sauces, so the server suggested we order the boneless wings with all the sauces on the side. Boy was that a smart move. The different service who brought us the food also confirmed it was the smarted thing to do since the boneless are breaded fried and dipped in the sauces, but this way you can try all four instead of just one or two. Fried zucchini. They are smaller strip versions than you might be used to, but was a great side dish to go with our drinks. The good: drinks. It is Red Robin and you can tell that there might be some pre mixes here and there and measured pours, but was definitely above avg and not bad by any means. I think we had the Screaming red zombie, Long Island iced tea and a **** Mary. Did I mention that the bartender came out to check on us when we asked for a little less syrup on the second red zombie. Wings. Ordered the bone in with buzz sauce and boneless with sauce on the side. Have had better, but definitely held there own and better than some pizza shops that sell wings."

"We tried this restaurant for dinner and we were greeted promptly even though they were very busy with to go orders and large parties. We were seated right away. The server got our drink order and then took our food order. I ordered the Tavern Double Burger and my partner ordered the Impossible Burger. Both were cooked to perfection and served hot. The burgers were very tasty and the Impossible burger was delicious and will be ordering that from now on. Our server Brooklyn kept or drinks full and our bottomless fries coming in a timely manner. "Gian Rendon was the best server I 've ever had at any restaurant in my entire life! I dropped a 'French ' fry and was devastated. Gian quickly jumped down to the ground, covert mode, and retrieved the fry before it hit the ground. Fed it directly into my mouth. Outstanding customer service. I was also in dire need of sauce. Gian recommended the 'Campfire Sauce '. Gian poured it directly into my large 'Doctor Pepper '; I fell in love. The combination of sweet and sour, combined with the liquid BBQ sauce 'Doctor Pepper ' was mid boggling. My cousin died the day I went to Red Robins. I told Gian about my cousins untimely death, and Gian quickly, without hesitation, embraced me in the most comfortable hug I have received during my time on planet 'Earth '. My cousin would be proud. He really would. Gian offered me bonus fries to console me with my grief. Those fries took me away from the sorrow. 10/10 would come back again. Thank you for your service, Mr. Rendon."

"Well... we called in our order.. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra fries.. and custom ordered burger. The nice girl came out and read the order back to us and was correct. Arriving home. Nothing.. absolutely nothing was correct.. I had 15 fries... no extra.. she had 10! No fries.. no campfire sauce and both hamburgers were cold.. it was a 5 min drive home. "2 STARS 3. Once a Charm Hindsight is 20/20 I am uncomfortable and in the toilet within an hour of eating a Red Robin Burger. 5 STAAT Excellent customer service. The food tastes good. And the patronage is pleasant. Only the correct amount of employees responsible for the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full when I left and people patiently waited to sit. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with a little pink. Although the burger was well made, the beef was not hard. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tasty. The accompanying Bottomless Fries were groundless in deed. I didn't have to ask for more, and I didn't finish the original pommes before I brought more pommes. The mousse for the Mud Pie was unexpected and pleasantly firm, not mousse like consistency at all. But with that height, the better likely. I didn't order mine too nice with a simple caramel puzzle. Delicious. The servers that broke out my food and drink were quite different from the 'Serrina' server on my reception. In any case, all employees worked well together. Bravo! I will return and probably not alone. Note: You have table surface devices that allow to demand beverage refills, order food, dessert(s), play games and pay, etc."

"A friend in town took us to dinner, and I suggested we go to Red Robin since I am a Rewards Club member. Being a fan of burnt ends, I opted for the new BBQ Burnt Ends Loaded Fries. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my order. The server mistakenly brought me a Burnt Ends and Bacon Burger initially, but quickly corrected it. Unfortunately, the loaded fries were disappointing, with limp fries and only a small amount of burnt ends that were no bigger than bacon bits. I regret not keeping the burger instead."

"I haven't been to a Red Robin in over 10yrs. I was excited to sink my teeth into one of thier Signature Burgers. We started off with the Island Heat Wings. DELICIOUS and cooked just right. The burger I selected was the Scorpion Burger, what an inviting selection of ingredients as I prepared for an adventure in taste. My daughter had the Fish n Chips. I was DISAPPOINTED with the burger. Lack of flavor and dry like the Sierra Desert ? ! How does a place that specialize in burgers fail me. The fish n chips and the wings were FAR BETTER then the burger. This location wasn't busy with only 2 other tables occupied on the bar side, which I have no idea why we were seated there. Service was SUPER SLOW and food was either forgotten or our order wasn't placed. Endless fries, cold....and I had to ask for them. So, I'm aware things have changed since Covid. But if an establishment is interested in keeping customers happy and making sure a return visit is in the future. Some extra training should be implemented. We all have good and bad days, this is human nature. I will return for the wings and atmosphere as the decor was definitely inviting and comfortable. The attention to cleaning was witnessed and some employee interaction was also observed to be a pleasant working environment."

"I was here for my birthday. Other locations were not good enough to make it possible, but this location was. Have burning love and eat like 4 baskets of the pommes. I love the red robe that smells for the pommes. The selection of drinks is varied and delicious. I like the varieties of lemonade and recently have the choice of fracked or poppin purple.
