"the server we had was nice, but that was terrible. I had the scorpion pfeffer burger but I didn't want to tweak, but from any reason the scorpion pfeffersoße was mixed with the wobbles. I guess it couldn't be separated as the server said because it didn't come. the whole food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice, the brownie was rock hard. If I had no birthday reward, I wouldn't have gone. Now I remember why I'm not going here."

"Tried it for the first time and found it to be good. I found the endless sides (fries) to be a great deal if you can eat the first batch they give you first. Portions are enough. The staff was friendly and pretty quick. If you like burgers it's good, looks like they offer pizza, chicken sandwiches, and other items as well. We had a burger and chicken sandwich, regular fries and garlic fries. All was good. The only thing that was not good was the bartender's take on the old fashioned drink. Hopefully it was a fluke...I returned it as it was like drinking sugar water."

"I always give five stars because I don't want to lower a score for a local business.... took one hour to be seated... ok no problem.. Mother's Day .. took about 15 min for a waiter.. still not a problem... Took an hour to get our order... that was a little agitating... received no refills on drinks at all, got the bottomless fries and I'm pretty sure I was gonna have to wait till breakfast to get the second order. Not to mention the spoonful that they brought me every time. In order to get my moneys worth on the fries I would've had to book a Room in the kitchen with a sleeping bag ... everyone was very polite and respectful... I like the burgers... but I can't handle a 3 1/2 hour visit with 4 kids... I can only guess that communication in the staff is probably the issue..."

"Well... we called in our order.. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra fries.. and custom ordered burger. The nice girl came out and read the order back to us and was correct. Arriving home. Nothing.. absolutely nothing was correct.. I had 15 fries... no extra.. she had 10! No fries.. no campfire sauce and both hamburgers were cold.. it was a 5 min drive home. I guess for fast food this is what red Robin interprets as good food . It was a complete disappointment on every level. Avoiding this place after a long work week will save you the absolute frustration of a very very disappointing meal. Shame on you. People, rely on you to provide a quality meal when they pay with their hard earned money. I shouldn 't be a risk, ever, to eat at your establishment. As one of Google 's top 10% restuarant reviewers, you earned zero respect from me. This was the worst burger I have ever had from Red Robin.. far away from fresh and delicious."

My husband and I split it and found it to be just the right amount of food. It was incredibly tasty and they even split it for us into two separate dishes, which we appreciated. "A friend in town took us to dinner, and I suggested we go to Red Robin since I am a Rewards Club member. Being a fan of burnt ends, I opted for the new BBQ Burnt Ends Loaded Fries. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my order. The server mistakenly brought me a Burnt Ends and Bacon Burger initially, but quickly corrected it. Unfortunately, the loaded fries were disappointing, with limp fries and only a small amount of burnt ends that were no bigger than bacon bits. I regret not keeping the burger instead."

"not terrible. had the wolverine’special burger with Ghost-Chili-Pfeffer and garlauchfries. overall the meal was tolerable. the vegetables on the burger were very fresh and crispy, the taste of the meat was through and there was enough heat without exaggerating the average American food. fries fell a bit short in the garlic aroma department, but I am a real lover of garlic. the real winner of the night was the barkeeper and our server (jack). nothing like a jack and coke with a minimum amount of coks! The 'Madlove Burger' I ordered wasn't as spicy as I had hoped, but it was still very tasty. The service was a bit lacking as our server forgot some things and I had to wait a while for a water refill. The cleanliness of the restaurant was decent, although the restroom needed some attention. The pricing was fair for the quality of food, around $15 per meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for their good burgers and unlimited fries, despite the service being a bit frustrating. I would definitely return, maybe at a less busy time."
