"This place used to be better. Last few times the bbq chicken has been burnt to point it ruined the flavor. They dont have anyone there that moderately understands English, so when you ask for something they just guess. I asked for extra shrimp and they gave me extra chicken as well, I told them I only wanted extra shrimp and they still charged me for extra chicken. Ruby Thai used to be 5 stars, now I would say 2 to 3 stars max. They also need to quit being so cheap with packets of duck sauce and stuff like that. Even the bang bang shrimp has been lacking the spices they used to have and are barely dusted with the bang bang spice like used to be on the shrimp."
