"I booked this because of the excellent reviews. Big mistake. We just had an amazing lunch in the Pearl, and this was not even close to quality or ambience. The clientele was loud, obnox, some drunk, sweatshirts, gold chains that felt it like a drunk friat house. The aubergine starter was full of herbal pieces that were not even cut into something justifiable they were massive, but not in a good way, it was the way that you cut everything back to put it on the bread. The server seemed inappropriate to literally pour our wine into the edge as if it were a soft drink. The bathrooms were quite dirty and had not been visited in some time. I have no idea how it gets these reviews. Perhaps the rest of the Riverwalk is worse, but for someone who has traveled a bit, this was a really surprisingly bad experience for one of the top rated restaurants in this city."

Harried waitress was trying hard to serve many tables, so we asked two other servers for water after about 15-20 minutes, but they never did anything. Waitress was apologetic, but probably not her fault for having too much to do."

"I went to a baby shower there. I dont know about these Yelp events? The restaurant is divided into three sections. The first is the bar, The there is bar seating and then there is a bigger room. For this event the bigger room was over crowded so we sat in the bar seating which was in my opinion so much more comfortable because of the booth like seating. The wait staff was personable and the food which was sleected by the hosts of the event was actually very good."

"A lot of friends recommended the place, so me and my wife went for our anniversary. We already knew what to order based on our friends' recommendations. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. The food, however, was not worth the price. The place has a new owner and a new chef (hence, new menu) according to our server. My wife and I could not even finish our salad. The spinach and the lettuce didn't look fresh and also needs more dressing. The place has an extensive wine list, nonetheless. If you are a wine drinker, this place is for you. If not and you want to eat, go somewhere else."

"What made this dining experience even better was the fact that the restaurant offered its full menu on a holiday. Many places tend to offer a limited selection and raise prices during holidays, but this restaurant maintained its usual variety and pricing. We opted for a late dinner at 3:00 PM to avoid the crowds, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"Love the brunch menu and food was good... i added sausage to the Bolongese...$10... when it finally arrived, everyone in our party was done, and my Bolongese cold, it was sliced and a really small portion... for $10 add on, i'd expect a decent portion... no one offered to get me a fresh Bolongese which i of course wanted to add the sausage to. Issues happen everywhere...it is a matter of how a nice restaurant handles issue when they arise. FYI they did not charge me for the sausage...maybe that is why the portion was so small? Regardless, we have been before a few times, and we will be back. Food is great... this is the 1st time we had a situation."

"I fit the restaurant daily and always wanted to try and finally had a chance for this weekend. The atmosphere and the building are amazing. The people and waiters were friendly and friendly. Our waiter was very well versed in the menu and did not answer any questions we had. Although I don't eat sushi my girlfriend loves it and was impressed by the selections on the menu. I was also very impressed by the other menu items. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I will definitely be a returning customer!"

"A little disappointed in this restaurant. Very excited to go out to dinner with my friends and have good sushi but it did not measure up to my expectations. I had an appitizer which was delicious but i order two sushi rolls for dinner on was the Azie roll which was delicious but the shrimp tempura was not the best. It was put together very nicely but the shrimp was no where near fresh. It was chewy and tasted like it had been fried the day before. Also the service wasn’t good. I had an empty water glass for most of the meal after asking the waiter twice to please refill it. Unsure if I’ll be back here anytime soon."

"Service was very slow. Our waiter was not attentive at all. The food was also delayed due to some issue in the kitchen. The manager Christina resolved the issue and was very helpful. If it weren't for her, this would be a 1 star review. It's great to see a manager who sees an issue and gets involved without having to be asked to. She was very nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we left with a great experience in the end. I am so glad she was there, or we would have had a very negative experience."

"We have visited Napa Flats a number of times over the past year. The food was excellent and the service even better. I enjoyed their Lamb Chop plate. Great portions and cooked just right. One small problem. I checked their Web site just to make sure that they still were serving Lamb Chops and they were and prices at a low $19.00. But when ordering I noticed that the price was $20.50... still a good price but different than their on site listing. We informed our server and suggested she tell management to correct the price. We will check back later. Enjoy!"

"First time here! Celebrating birthdays for brunch. Appreciated the valet Parking for sure. The only reason I rated this place a 4 is due to the website stating business casual but their were patrons in workout attire baseball hats sitting in the restaurant. I felt so over dressed seeing this. We were greeted seated quickly.. Our server was not very attentive so our service was just ok. The wedge salad was great! The chicken waffle was good..Syrup was a little sweet and over powers a little. The drinks were good. It was an 'ok ' first experience. I would like to try their steak in the future."
